monday – run

tuesday – swim

wednesday – badminton

thursday – laze around

friday – run

saturday – swim

sunday – laze around

and i’ll give myself 15 out of 52 weeks allowance for screwing up this plan, not including the first week where i need to get mentally prepared and ready for this adventure!

    u’ve gotta be specific, like the running/swimming distance or how long you will play badminton… or laze ard…

    for a start, lets just say i’ll laze around the whole night after i get home from work until its time to sleep…

    as for the rest, i’ll work it out as i get by each day… 😉
